I just wanted to introduce my self. I am Alisha.
I am a resident of rural Ontario and really trying to reduce my carbon foot print on the world my children will be changing.
I am so excited to see that a fair of this sort is being held. I am looking do forward to seeing the booths and getting some great ideas>

That is a really awesome idea! I think it would be great and totally hands-on. We have a few herbalists that may be perfect for that.

I don't know how realistic it would be, but it would be interesting if there were a workshop about the positive effects plants and natural herbs have on the healing process.

Having some sort of discourse on what sort of herbs are the most beneficial would be awesome to learn. More importantly, info on what the negative plants to avoid would be very helpful to those of us who prefer to go directly to the natural source for our materials.

I would like to see a reiki workshop. I have heard of smudging fumigations but do not know much about them, so workshops on those would be very interesting as well

I also would like some healthy eating recipes and ideas. My diet is terrible and I am always looking for good recipes in order to improve my eating habits

the yoga class idea sounds great, I would be into watching one take place because I have never seen yoga take place, yet its always been an idea i have been interested in
